Apparently there a couple tricks to getting eggs to shell easily. You need to add a little baking soda to the boiling water to reduce the PH, leave 2 inches of water above the eggs, and soft boil them for 12 minutes. Once you have your eggs cooked, cool them with cold water and ice. Now your ready to do the magic trip. Remove some egg from both sides of the egg and blow on one of the sides. The egg should simply blow out the other side.
